New Zealand has seen a shift in social behaviours and principles and many organisations and individuals are now seeing the need for the youth of today to recognize the core concepts of self-esteem, respect, trust, confidence, assertiveness and self belief whilst acknowledging and respecting the advanced scope and skills of these generation Y individuals. We are currently involved with writing proposals for a Tertiary Institute to promote and encourage perseverance and commitment whilst allowing individuality.
